The bottles rise
salute to the music
Midnight beyond midnight
the musicians live

The wine flows, the beer
and hard liquors too
The bottles salute
the music lives

Outside, empty streets are on guard
the empty sky too
They salute the tumbling bottles and
make sure they arrive home safe

Now when daybreak is here
The bottles are in all kinds of shape
But the music lives
to salute the musicians on their way to sleep
